I have been cooking a lot again, and I came up with some super easy yummy stuff. And you guys guess what!? My incredibly amazing, awesome handsome hubby got me a new camera for Christmas!!!!! No more crappy pictures!!! I’m still learning how to use it but so far I love it. I’ve take a few pics and so far I still have to download them onto my laptop and edit them, butI can’t wait to share them with you guys.

I found this gem last year on the lovely Tina’s site. I made it last year and again this past weekend for Sunday dinner. It is perfect for this time of year when all you want is some warm and cozy soup. You can adjust it to be as spicy or not so much spicy as you want it to be.
I just literally made this for dinner, it was amazing and spicy and just OMG JUST GO MAKE IT RIGHT NOW!!!! Only think I left out was the milk/cream for the sauce, instead I used just wine and some chicken stock. I found this on Mel’s site. I love her. I have been watching her Youtube makeup channel for years and she just recently started up a food blog. She’s a girl after my very own heart. Loves makeup, wine and good food. I think we need to be real life friends.
Hot Chocolate
I found 3 I need to have in my life and you should too.
The first one is from Ari, Coconut Water Hot Chocolate. My reasoning is Ari has healthy stuff, therefore lots and lots of this is ok. Cause it’s healthy. Got it? Ok.
The next is from Amanda’s site. I actually have several of her recipes bookmarked to try. This one is top of the list. Frozen hot chocolate? Um yes please.
Last up, Jenny’s frozen hot chocolate. Actually I lied, I have 2 on her site I need in my life. Frozen Hot Chocolate Serendipity Style. How amazing does that look?? And her Creamy Junior Mint Hot Chocolate. Chocolate and mint, 2 of my favorite things in life combined. I love her.
Jessica has a husband like mine. Demands meat in his meals. If I serve something meatless it damn well better be good. This recipe, I know my meat eating husband would love. Meat. Cheese. What’s not to love. And he sometimes demands sloppy joes so I think this will be a nice compromise.
